This is with reference to the captioned subject we would like to inform you that Mr. Harshit Baveja (Promoter) sold his 64000 equity shares of Rs.6.14/- each amounting to Rs.3 92 960/- representing 0.51% of the total paid equity shares of the Company on 19th September 2022 and Intimated to the Company on the same date after execution of the transaction.Further Mr. Ishan Baveja (Promoter) sold his 64000 equity shares of Rs.6.75/- each amounting to Rs.4 32 000/- representing 0.51% of the total paid equity shares of the Company on 20th September 2022 and Intimated to the Company on the same date after execution of the transaction.Kindly take this information as disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations 2011 and Regulation 7(2) read with Regulation 6(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
