The Board at its meeting held on 24th January 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the following:1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2025.2. Copy of the Limited Review Report on the aforesaid results issued by M/s Jain Saraogi & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 305004E) Statutory Auditors of the Company.The said Financial Results were recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meeting held today i.e. 24th January 2026. The Limited Review Report was also adopted by the Board at the said meeting.
