With reference to the earlier letter dated July 12, 2016, Nirlon Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will be considering various business items inter alia, Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016, which is the Price Sensitive Information as per the Code.
In view of the above, and as per the Company?s Code of Conduct, the Prohibited Period i.e. July 18, 2016 till August 01, 2016 (Prohibited Period commence from 10 days prior to the Board meeting, and shall end after 48 hours from the time Price Sensitive Information is made available to the public through the BSE/Company?s Website/ Newspapers).
