Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the register of Members and Share Transfer Register shall remain closed from 20th December 2020 to 26th December 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting of the company which is schedule to be held on Saturday the 26th December 2020.
In terms of provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 20 of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rule 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company is providing to the Members the facility to exercise their rights to vote by electronics means at the 30th Annual General meeting and the business may be transacted through remote e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
