Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 3 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that SES ESG Research Private Limited a SEBI Registered Category II ESG Rating Provider vide its ESG Rating Report dated 7 October 2026 has independently assigned an ESG Score (Adjusted) of 65 for FY 2025-26 as compared to ESG Score (Adjusted) of 64.2 for FY 2024-25 based on the publicly available information disclosed by the Company.
