Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation: Board Meeting on August 14, 2014

Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2014.

2. To fix the date, time and venue of holding the Annual General Meeting for adoption of accounts for the financial year ending March 31, 2014.

3. To fix the date of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company.

4. To approve the notice calling Annual General Meeting, Directors Report including Management Discussion and Analysis Report, Corporate Governance Report along with all other information required to be given in the Annual Report of the Company.

5. To authorise suitable person for execution of e-voting facilities with NSDL/ CDSL.
