Micro Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE about the following:

1. Mr. Ganapathy V., is an engineer by profession. And completed Masters in Science from the United States. There he practiced, learned and worked for two years in one of the largest Energy Research institutes, who has given immense contribution and presently holding post of Chief Executive Officer and Compliance Officer of the Company, has been promoted to join the Board as an Executive Director considering his effective management and communication skills and long tenure with the Company w.e.f. August 13, 2013.

2. Mrs. Jayanthi Sekhar has stepped down from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. the close of working hours of August 13, 2013.
