Further to our letter dated 23rd April 2019 informing the Exchanges about the appointment of Mr. Santi Jongkongka as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director (Operations) of the Company for a period of three years with effect from the date of obtaining Director Identification Number (DIN) from the Central Government by him which was duly approved by the Board at its Meeting held on 23rd April 2019 we would like to inform you that the Central Government has allotted DIN to Mr. Santi Jongkongka (DIN 08441312) on 2nd May 2019 and consequently his appointment as Additional Director and Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director (Operations) of the Company for a period of three years takes effect from 2nd May 2019.
