SRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 05 2021 inter alia for
1. Considering and approving the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2021.
2. Recommendation of final dividend on equity shares if any.
Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the window for trading in the shares of the Company by the Designated Persons & Directors will remain closed between April 01 2021 to May 07 2021 (both days inclusive).
