1. To approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014.
2. To re-consider the proposal to buy 100% shareholding of Haryana Ispat Pvt. Ltd. already recommended by the Board of Directors vide their meeting held on April 07, 2014.
