Sammaan Capital: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform that in terms of the Board authorization dated September 3 2025 read with resolution passed by the SIIC committee on February 27 2026 Sammaan Capital Ltd. has today i.e. on March 05 2026 allotted (i) 12 500 Secured Redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs. 1 00 000/- aggregating to INR 125 Cr.; (ii) 15 500 Secured Redeemable NCDs of face value of Rs. 1 00 000/- aggregating to INR 155 Cr. on a private placement basis.Refer attached PDF for more details.
