As per Clause 5 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading in securities by Insiders, the trading window will remain closed for specified persons covered under the Code from 1st February, 2019 to 10th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above announcements.
