Fulford India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per share on equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
The dividend shall be paid on or before September 09, 2015 subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
