1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2014,
2. As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from May 21, 2014 to May 31, 2014 (both days inclusive).
