Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 02, 2015, for approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter / half year ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window will remain closed from October 24, 2015 upto 48 hours after the announcement of results to the Stock exchanges i.e. November 04, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all the Directors and Designated Officers of the Company.
