Hester Biosciences Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2015-16.
Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the 'Trading Window', for dealing in equity shares of the Company, shall remain close from March 03, 2016 to March 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
