In continuation of our intimation dated January 13 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Arihant Capital on behalf of the Company organized the Nisus Finance (NiFCO) Vision 2030 Investors Meet in Dubai on Monday February 16 2026 at 5:30 P.M. (GST UTC+4). The representatives of Nisus Finance Services Co Ltd made presentation at the meeting. The session received a good positive response and the stakeholders were interested in knowing the further roadmap status of projects presence of the Company etc. The event was successfully and positively concluded at 8:30 P.M.
