SYNCOM FORMULATIONS (INDIA) LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2022 inter alia to consider and approve (a) the conversion of warrants into the equity shares of the Company to the Promoter and Promoter Group subject to the depositing the balance outstanding amount for conversion of warrants into the equity shares of the Company.(b)any other matter incidental thereto.
