Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015.
Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from October 29, 2015 to November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) and shall open on November 11, 2015.
