Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act 2013 (Act) read with the Investor
Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting Audit Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016 (Rules) the Company has published notice in the newspapers intimating the equity shareholders who have not claimed dividend for a period of seven (7) consecutive years and whose shares are liable
to be transferred to the IEPF Suspense Account asking the concerned to take appropriate action on or before August 30 2021.
The e-copy of the notice published in Free Press Journal (English language newspaper) and Navshakti (local language Marathi newspaper) on May 11 2021 is enclosed herewith for your reference.
We request you to take the above on record and that the same be treated as compliance under the applicable provisions of the Act read with Rules.
