Non-submission of Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on 30th June 2019

As required aforesaid matter along with letter received from BSE Limited was placed before the Board of Directors in their meeting held on today (i.e. 07th November 2019) and the members of the Board observed that the delay was inadvertent and oversight. The Company has strengthened the compliance system to avoid such delays. Henceforth the prescribed timelines should be strictly adhered to provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
