DMC Education Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.
The Company as required under clause 35B of the listing agreement is providing electronic voting (e-voting) facility to the members through electronic voting platform of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). Members holding share either in physically or demat modes as on the cut-off date, i.e. August 28, 2014 may cast their votes electronically on the businesses set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The E-voting shall commence from 10:00 AM on September 22, 2014 and shall end at 6:00 PM on September 24, 2014.
