Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit the 38th Annual Report of Trinity League India Limited for the Financial Year 2025-26 which includes inter alia the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 together with the Boards Report Management Discussion and Analysis Report and other requisite disclosures.The Annual Report is being submitted in connection with the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday 30th September 2026 at 12:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).The Annual Report is also being made available on the website of the Company for information of the Members and other stakeholders.You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
