With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for June 30, 2013, Mahindra Composites Ltd has now informed BSE that the unaudited results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 contains small typing error by mistake. In the column of year ended March 31, 2013, erroneously mentioned 'Other expenses' as Rs. 1100 instead of correct figure of Rs. 1010. However Net Profit / (loss) figure of the Company Rs. 98 Lakhs (Loss) remains same.
