We are herewith informing to the investors that the Company has received the resignation letter from Mr.Pradeep Kumar Kamisetty for relieving him from the post of Whole Time Director and the same has been accepted with immediate effect i.e. from 03.07.2017. However, Mr.Pradeep Kumar Kamisetty will continue as a Director of the Company.
