We have received intimation from Mr. Akash Sethi (Promoter & Managing Director) pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations regarding acquisition of 1 65 355 Equity Shares of Shree Pacetronix Limited (Target Company) on March 20 2026 through an off market transfer from Bio Pace Technology INC.In this regard we are submitting herewith disclosure received from Mr. Akash Sethi pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations.
