Salguti Industries: Change in ShareholdingPattern

Salguti Industries Ltd has informed BSE that :

'Promoter group of the Company holds 50,54,600 equity shares as on 30th June 2014 and the same was reported as 50,08,600 equity shares in the previous quarterly shareholding reports (there is difference of 46,000 shares in this reporting). The same was happened due to inadvertence and is due to ignorance that the four members (currently in the promoter group) were also holding 46,000 shares in the Demat form since 1999, and the same, in absence of knowledge of promoters, got reported to the Exchange as public shareholding. This holding of promoters came to knowledge when these promoters applied for dematerilisation of their physical shareholding to comply with the related SEBI circular. It means, dematerialization has resulted in consolidation of promoters shareholding and consequent increase in promoters shareholding by 46,000 shares. However, please note that difference in the shareholding is caused by the reporting error earlier because of ignorance at the end of promoters, who did not know about their electronic shareholding and there is no change in their shareholding what so ever.

2. Promoters have kept entire shareholding (including their recently discovered holding in demat form) under lock-in till 31st October 2014.'
