In accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from 8th August, 2018 and would open on 17th August, 2018, i.e., 48 trading hours after the announcement of results is made to the public.
