The 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27 July, 2017 at the Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi ? 110010 at 10.00 A.M.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find attached the Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Company is pleased to provide its Members, the facility to vote at the 29th AGM by E-voting and the e-voting services provided by NSD. The e-voting period commences from 24th July, 2017 (10:00 A.M. IST) to 26th July, 2017 (5:00 P.M. IST). During this period, shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. 21st July, 2017, may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter.
Please take the same on record and inform the members of the Stock Exchange accordingly.
