Dear Sir/Madam Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") we wish to inform you that the Members of Shayona Engineering Limited at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on Friday September 25 2026 approved by two separate Ordinary Resolutions: (i) the appointment of M/s. O. P. Rathi & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 108718W) to fill the casual vacancy in the office of Statutory Auditors for the period from August 27 2026 until the conclusion of the 10th Annual General Meeting; and (ii) their appointment as Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 10th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 15th Annual General Meeting covering the financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31.
