1. Appointment of Mr. Jayaprakash B Kabra & Mr. Omprakash S Jhavar , a Non Executive Director as Independent Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of M/s. K.K.Kabra & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jalgaon as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on a remuneration.
3. Appointment of Mr. Chetna R Nannavare as an Independent Women Director of the company to hold office for term five consecutive years commencing from March 31, 2015.
4. Accorded to the ratification remuneration being paid or provided to Mr. Sanjay Kumar Taparia .
5. Appointment of Sushil Kumar Mantri & Associates, Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors of the Company.
