With reference to earlier announcement dated October 09, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern for September 30, 2014, ITD Cementation India Ltd has now submitted to BSE that the Revised Shareholding Pattern due to the typographical error under Main Shareholding Category code 1(B) Public Shareholding (1) -(a) Mutual Fund/ UTI - Total number of shares should be 2804586 shares instead of 2804486 shares which effects the Grand Total in the Shareholding Pattern for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 submitted on October 09, 2014 from 15515690 to 15515790.
