Fund manager changes in three recommended funds

Kotak AMC has appointed new fund managers across their mid-cap , aggressive hybrid and large-cap funds with effect from January 22, 2024. While Atul Bhole will be managing the first two, Rohit Tandon will oversee the latter. The appointment of new fund managers has been a much-anticipated one, as informed here and here after the exits of Pankaj Tibrewal and Harish Krishnan. As expected, Harsha Upadhyaya, Kotak AMC's chief investment officer (CIO), who was overseeing the three funds in the interim, will return to focusing on the funds he was originally managing. Atul Bhole takes over Kotak Emerging Equity and Kotak Equity Hybrid Bhole brings about two decades of experience in the Indian equity markets. He was previously a Senior VP - Investments with DSP Mutual Fund, ably managing about Rs 21,000 crore across three funds - DSP Equity & Bond , Flexi Cap and Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund . In fact, DSP Equity & Bond is also among our recommended aggressive hybrid funds.
