MMTC Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors shall be held on February 13, 2017, to consider and take on record the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3).
Further, the Company has decided to close Trading Window w.e.f. 06, February to 15, February (both dates inclusive) under Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosures, 2015. The trading window shall be opened on February 16, 2017.
