With reference to our intimation dated 6th August 2026 (Ref:B/SCL/SE/SS/250/2026-27) Mrs. Jayshree D. Soni was appointed as Company Secretary (C.S.) Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company effective 25th September 2026. Mrs. Soni has subsequently informed the Company that she will join on 1st October 2026. Her appointment will therefore take effect from that date instead of 25th September 2026. The disclosure required under the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January 2026 was provided as Annexure A to the Companys earlier intimation dated 6th August 2026.
