This is with reference to our aforementioned letter intimating the appointment of Ms. Vasudha Sundararaman as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive and Independent Director. In the aforesaid submission it was erroneously recorded under the terms of appointment/re-appointment that Director is liable to retire by rotation. Kindly take note that Ms. Vasudha Sundararaman is appointed in the capacity of Independent Director which is not subject to liable to retire by rotation. The details pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR) read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 are enclosed.
