Precious Trading & Investments: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

This is to inform you that a petition under section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 for sanctioning the Scheme of Merger of Precious Trading and Investments Limited (First Petitioner Company / Transferor Company) with Sheth Developers Private Limited (Second Petitioner Company/ Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders ("the Scheme") was presented by the Petitioner Companies before Honble National Company Law Tribunal Special Bench Mumbai and the same has been admitted on 30th September 2020.

The date of hearing of the Petition before the Honble Tribunal is Fixed on 26th October 2020. Copy of the Order along with the copy of the Scheme is enclosed herewith as Annexure 1 and Annexure 2 respectively.

You are requested to file your report as required under the provisions of section 230(5) of the Companies Act 2013 before the date fixed for petition hearing.
