Adarsh Mercantile Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sourabh Rungta has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Company accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities effective from close of business hours on December 31, 2015. Consequent to his resignation as CFO, Mr. Sourabh Rungta ceases to be CFO of the Company.
