With reference to the requirement of submission of board meeting notice prior to submission of quarterly results we hereby submit that Parabolic Drugs Limited
(Company / Corporate Debtor) is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC) as also intimated to the Exchange on September 01 2018. Consequently in accordance with the provisions of the IBC the powers of the Board of Directors of the
Corporate Debtor has suspended upon initiation of the CIRP. Since there was no active Board of Directors of the Company therefore there was no Meeting of the Board of
Directors and accordingly no notice of the Board was issued.
