Further, Shri Arvind Sharma has been appointed as an additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 30, 2015 and designated as Managing Director of the Company with effect from June 01, 2015, and Shri Varun Gupta has been appointed as an additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 30, 2015 and designated as Whole Time Director & CEO of the Company with effect from June 01, 2015.
Further that Shri Raj Kumar Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company has been re-designated as Chairman & Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from June 01, 2015.
Further, that Shri Dinesh Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from June 01, 2015.
