In continuation to our letter dated 19th June 2021 we would like to inform you that due to delay in obtaining financial result for the F.Y. 2020-21 the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been postponed to Saturday i.e. 26th June 2021 (instead of 25th June 2021) to inter-alia consider Audited Financial Result for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2021 along with Auditors Report by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
