We hereby clarify and confirm that the corporate action of stock split and bonus will be conducted simultaneously being a same record date 11th February 2022. However to resolve the practical and/or technical aspect for the credit of the shares stock split of the shares credited first and then bonus of shares will be credited in share holders account as on record date of the company.
