This is to inform you that on July 30 2020 the Board of Directors of the Company (Board) on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee appointed Ms. Neha Poonia (DIN: 07965751) as an Additional and Independent Woman Director for a tenure of five years subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. In this regard we wish to confirm that Ms. Neha Poonia is not disqualified/debarred from being appointed to the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any such other authority.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09.09.2015 are enclosed as an Annexure.
