With reference to the earlier letter dated September 23, 2015 regarding formation of Infrastructure Investment Trust by the Company, In this regard, IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has now informed BSE that Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') has granted the certificate of registration in terms of Regulation 6 of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (Regulations) to IRB InvIT Fund to which the Company is a Sponsor, to carry out the activities as an InvIT subject to the conditions specified in the SEBI Act, 1992 and the Regulations made thereunder.
