Healthcare Global Enterprises: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Raising of Funds

This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 17 2026 with respect to the approval received from the Board of Directors of the Company for the issuance of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company of face value INR 10 each for an amount not exceeding INR 42 500 lakhs (Rupees Forty two thousand and five hundred lakhs only) by the way of a Rights Issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date (to be determined and notified subsequently) in accordance with the applicable laws including the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 as amended subject to such regulatory and statutory approvals as may be required under the applicable laws.
