Shareholders of the Company at the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on August 31, 2017 had declared the Final Dividend @ Re 0.37 per Equity Share for the FY 2016-17, including the Interim Dividend @ Re 0.11 per Equity Shares already paid by the Company.The Final Dividend would be paid / Dispatched to the eligible on September 15, 2017.
