We wish to inform that Adjudication Proceeding were initiated by SEBI in relation to an Arbitration Award and its disclosure requirements passed in favour of an Operational Creditor.The Company made its Submissions before the Adjudication Officer and were considered by the Adjucation Officer and felt appropriate to levy penalty of Rs. 1 00 000/- only commensurate with the nature of violation and to act as deterrence to the Company.
