Sub: Amendment to the Memorandum of Association of the Company
In accordance with Regulation 30 (6) of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, please find attached the amended Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company. The amendment has been made to the Objects Clause of the MOA. The same was approved by the members through Postal Ballot, voting for which concluded on September 23, 2017.
