With reference to the above-mentioned subject I on behalf of all the Promoters Members of Promoters Group and Persons Acting in Concert (PAC) of Quantum Digital Vision (India) Limited do hereby confirm and declare that we have not created any encumbrance over the shares of Quantum Digital Vision (India) Limited directly or indirectly during the financial year ended 31st March 2022 other than those encumbrances already disclosed during the financial year or earlier as per the provisions of SEBI(Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011 as amended from time to time.
