Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday October 29 2025 at the registered office of the Company has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025.The said financial results along with the Limited Review Report were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors.
